Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for a Financial Accounting Manager for a successful and growing medical SME based in Crawley offering 2 days working from home and a flexible and supportive working environment.
This role partners with the Finance Director to drive forwards successful growth strategy and requires management of a small team of finance staff controlling the financial activities of the business to include month end and year end close, leading the audit process, balance sheet management and sales & purchase ledger control. The role requires the individual to build strong internal relationships and be proactive in supplying robust and concise financial information, as well as being comfortable to present financial results to the business.
This role requires a Qualified Accountant, ideally with a university degree, together with good financial accounts experience. You’ll have a strong interest in staff coaching and leadership, and a significant track record of change/transformation.
