About the Role

As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of young students, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally during these crucial early years.
Key Responsibilities
* Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Student Progress: Assess learning, provide constructive feedback, and set meaningful development targets.
* Inclusive Classroom: Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports all students.
* Building Relationships: Work closely with pupils, parents, and staff to create a collaborative and supportive school community.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning experiences and share best practices.
* School Contribution: Take part in extra-curricular activities and contribute to the wider school ethos.
Key Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are welcome to apply.
* Experience in Key Stage 1 is preferred, but experience in EYFS or KS2 is also considered.
* A passion for primary education and a commitment to supporting young learners.
* Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Competitive Salary: £31,650 - £43,606 per annum, depending on experience.
