A well-established offshore law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join its busy, client-focused property team in Jersey. Working closely with senior lawyers, you will manage a broad range of transactions while contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice. The role spans acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters across the commercial portfolio, with additional involvement in residential work, property litigation support, and corporate support as required. You will supervise junior conveyancers, nurture client relationships, and play an active part in profile-raising and business development initiatives. Applicants should have 4–6 years’ PQE, be Commonwealth-qualified, and bring solid experience in commercial property transactions; exposure to Jersey property law is advantageous. Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills are essential, together with a collaborative, commercially minded approach within a high-performance environment.
