Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Company: Tradewind Recruitment Pay: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Flexible (full-time, part-time, or day-to-day supply) Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing The Opportunity Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a range of secondary schools in the Wellingborough area and is looking to recruit adaptable and confident Cover Supervisors. This role offers a great pathway into teaching or a chance to build further experience within education settings. You will step into classrooms to supervise lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students stay on task and follow the work that has been set. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour effectively are key to success in this role.
