About the role: Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring a clean and organised workspace. Provide driving cover as required, safely transporting goods in compliance with regulations and company standards. Receiving and inspecting goods accurately and reporting discrepancies. Organising, storing and rotating stock to maintain efficiency and prevent damage. Administrative duties. Accurately selecting and preparing goods for dispatch. Preparing goods for transport, labelling and assisting with loading vehicles. Using forklifts and other machinery to move goods. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure stock accuracy. Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse that is compliant with safety standards. Assisting the warehouse & logistics supervisor with the daily dispatch of our transport and effective planning. Provide cover as required to ensure deliveries are unaffected. Conducting vehicle safety inspections and completing defect records. Load, secure and unload products carefully to prevent damage during transit. Delivering and collecting materials, maintaining safe driving practices and acting responsibly. Ensuring delivery notes, RMA's, Internal Transfers and other documentation are signed and submitted correctly. Maintaining fuel levels and vehicle cleanliness in-line with company procedures.
