The position involves managing several schemes simultaneously-typically 4 projects valued up to £3M, with an average project size of £400K. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Oversee 3-4 live projects at any one time, ranging from £200K-£400K Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
