Location:Unit 6 Strathkelvin Retail Park, Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire G64 3NDHours per Week:39 hoursShift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.Salary: Up to £31,500per annumThe Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to:
* Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
* Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
* Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
* Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

* Retail leadership experience
* Passion for customer service & sales.
* Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional)
