Temp Contract £12.51 PAYE
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
We’re looking for a bubbly, proactive, and confident Workplace Coordinator to join a busy office in Barnwood, Gloucester the first point of contact for staff and visitors making sure everything runs smoothly and the space is well-managed and welcoming.
This role suits someone who’s confident dealing with people at all levels, enjoys taking ownership, and can manage day-to-day client needs without being micro-managed.
Duties
1. Being the first point of contact for staff and visitors
2. Working closely with reception, facilities and building teams
3. Managing meeting rooms, desk bookings and set-ups
4. Keeping the office clean, tidy and safe
5. Flagging and following up on any building or maintenance issues
6. Helping with client events, activities and wellness support
7. Opening and locking up the building with basic security checks
8. Overseeing post, deliveries and stock levels
Key Skills
9. Experience in customer service or hospitality
10. Confident communication skills
11. Basic understanding of office health & safety
