What Will You Be Doing?
Develop and Implement Innovative Recruitment Strategies
* Use data analytics and market insights to identify trends and opportunities.
* Apply creative sourcing techniques—social media, networking events, referrals, to attract top talent.
* Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
Build and Maintain Talent Pools
* Create targeted talent communities for niche skill sets.
* Engage candidates through events, forums, and industry networks.
* Keep talent pools warm with regular updates and insights.
Act as a Strategic Partner
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and talent needs.
* Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices and market trends.
* Deliver insights to improve outcomes and support business success.
Client Communication
* Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients.
* Share updates on pipelines, progress, and sourcing strategies.
* Gather feedback to enhance processes and candidate experience.
Your Focus as a Principal Recruiter
* Target niche skill sets and deliver 7 hires per month.
* Partner closely with Client Business Partners for alignment.
* Mentor junior recruiters and review recruitment metrics.
* Conduct root cause analysis to improve sourcing and offer acceptance rates.
Experience Required
* 4+ years in agency, RPO, or in-house end-to-end recruitment.
* Proven success sourcing niche skills in Engineering.
* Strong understanding of Defence, Engineering, and IT sectors.
* Expertise in engaging specialised, low-volume talent pools.
* Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
