Yourconstruction are recruiting for a PA to join a large and successful Construction business with a head office based in Birmingham. Fulltime hours : 8.30-5pm Job Purpose: As an Executive Assistant, will work closely with the Group CEO to accomplish their day-to-day tasks. While specific responsibilities and requirements may vary on a daily basis, you will be expected to handle a wide range of high-level administrative tasks including executive communication, handling of corporate documents and arranging events. Key Responsibilities: Making travel and hotel arrangements Scheduling meetings into diaries Organising CEO schedule Preparing corporate documents Planning and organising high level meetings/events Supporting other Directors within the Group when required Please note that this will change as the role and function to the business develops Person Specification: Three years’ experience in a similar position Ability to be proactive and to use initiative is essential High quality verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to prioritise Thorough attention to details Helpful and approachable but sensitive to confidential issues Professional and friendly demeanour Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines IT Skills, MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £30,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends
