Youll join a telecoms tech business running a live, high-availability mobile services platform. This is an environment where uptime and change discipline matter. Youll learn a largely bespoke platform end to end, work peer-to-peer with customer engineers, and partner with Development and Infrastructure to deliver fixes, upgrades, and deployments.
What youll be doing
- Own live support cases end to end (triage, fix, handover) in a production environment
- Support Windows Server and Linux services in production (logs, services, config checks, safe restarts)
- Support IIS-hosted applications (app pools, bindings, certificates, logs)
- Run patching and maintenance properly (sequencing, validation, rollback thinking, minimal downtime)
