Responsibilities as Head Chef
Lead the kitchen and deliver high:quality food across events Design and evolve seasonal menus Manage GP, costings, and stock control Train, motivate, and develop the kitchen team Maintain high standards of food safety and presentation
What We re Looking For
Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up Proven creative flair and passion for fresh food Strong understanding of costings and kitchen performance Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Passion for working with local, seasonal produce
