Tonic Talent are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the brigade at our client's fresh-food kitchen operation based in Bicester. As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, fresh dishes in a busy kitchen environment. You will be responsible for managing your section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and supporting senior chefs in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also assist in training junior team members, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the continued success and reputation of the kitchen. What we are looking for in Chef de Partie candidates: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up within a fresh food operation
Good understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
Ability to run a section independently and work efficiently under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes
