We are looking for a compassionate and committed professional to join our established team as Project Manager. This role will be responsible for the operational management of our Learning Disability Supported Living Services in Thornaby.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply extensive knowledge of learning disabilities and promote independence and community links.
* Drive the service forward, empowering service users to move to less supported accommodation.
* Use positive communication and engagement skills, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
* Adopt a person‑centred approach to achieve positive outcomes through co‑production with service users and creative multi‑agency working.
* Write clear assessments, support plans and guidelines, and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant qualification desirable (e.g., RMN, Social Work, or management qualification).
* Supervisory experience essential.
* Experience of evidencing achievements and outcomes for service users desirable.
