We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Dietitian to join our team on a locum basis. This role focuses on a specialist paediatric caseload, with an emphasis on managing complex cases of selective eating.
You will play a key role in leading the dietetic management of these cases, helping to mitigate risk of harm. This support will allow the clinical/service lead to focus on investigative and long-term planning elements, including risk mitigation as part of an FTP case.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage a caseload of children with complex selective eating issues.
* Provide expert assessment and intervention to support nutritional and behavioural outcomes.
* Contribute to risk management and safeguarding processes.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver coordinated care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with service protocols.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in paediatric dietetics, including selective eating.
* Confidence in managing complex cases independently.
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
