My clients have a lovely team and due to continued growth, are looking for an experienced candidate to join the team on a part‑time basis.
Commercial Property Manager – what's in it for you?
* Part‑time
* £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary FTE (to be pro rata)
* No weekends!
* Three full days or hours over five days option

Your role as a Commercial Property Manager:
* Assisting with effective management of the commercial portfolio
* Be the main point of contact for tenants
* Carry out regular site visits
* Assist with financial admin, including basic arrears chasing
* Assist with the management of service charge and budgets
* Assisting with property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and maintaining high standards
* Assisting with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accounts
* Adhere to current legislation and compliance
What we're looking for from a Commercial Property Manager:
* Previous property management experience essential – those with backgrounds in block or commercial are strongly preferred
* You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter‑personal skills
* You are looking for career progression and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding company
* Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively
* You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
* Driving licence and access to own car is a must
