Events Coordinator – London

We are recruiting an Events Coordinator to take ownership of a diverse and high‑profile events programme within a leading professional services environment.
This is an exciting, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys delivering polished, well‑executed events and thrives in a fast‑paced setting. You’ll manage events from concept to completion, working closely with senior stakeholders, Business Development, and cross‑functional teams.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of client‑facing and internal events, including receptions, seminars, conferences, partner events, and client entertainment
* Manage venues, suppliers, budgets, guest lists, invitations, seating plans, and onsite delivery
* Oversee event logistics through Cvent, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Support Conference Centre meetings and collaborate with internal service teams
* Maintain strong knowledge of the London events and hospitality market
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum two years’ experience coordinating corporate or professional events
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office; Cvent experience desirable
* Confident, professional, and highly detail‑oriented
* Flexible approach, with availability for occasional evenings/weekends (paid overtime)
