Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in the Heanor area. Our client is very passionate about customer satisfaction, which has led them to be highly successful and a leader in their field. You will provide quality customer service and ensure accurate processing of orders and enquiries.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, office-based.
Salary: £21-23k
The Role:
* Provide quotations to customers
* Follow up on customer enquiries to maximise customer retention
* Be the first point of contact for sales enquiries via phone and email
* Keep the company database updated
* Assist the sales team in processing orders
The Candidate:
* Experience in an admin or customer service role
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident and friendly telephone manner
* Strong work ethic and flexible attitude
* Good IT skills, ideally experience with Microsoft packages
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry is beneficial but not essential
