SOUS CHEF – Everyman, Bury St Edmunds
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Everyman. In this role you will support the Head Chef, maintain high food standards, train staff and help run our fast‑paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets the highest quality and safety standards.
* Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
* Act as Deputy Head Chef when required.
* Deliver training to new kitchen staff.
* Manage stocktaking and inventory.
