The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Built Environment to join our collaborative and growing team. This is an opportune time to join as the department expands its teaching portfolio and aims to strengthen its connections with industry partners.
Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Engineering and the Built Environment
* Contributing to curriculum development and programme administration
* Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate student projects, including industry-linked placements and projects
* Developing and maintaining partnerships with industry to support knowledge transfer activities
Qualifications
* Built Environment, specifically in one or all of the following: Architecture, Construction Management or BIM / Digital, or closely related disciplines
* A plan for engagement with industry or knowledge transfer activities
* Experience of teaching and assessment in higher education
* Effective communication and the ability to build productive relationships with external stakeholders
This is a teaching focused role.
