The Opportunity
You will join a busy and well-regarded Commercial Property team, working on a varied caseload alongside experienced colleagues. The role offers a strong mix of responsibility and support, providing the platform to build technical expertise while developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting on complex commercial property transactions
* Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Drafting and negotiating contracts and supporting documentation
* Reviewing titles and preparing detailed reports for clients
* Conducting and analysing property searches
* Supporting transactions through to exchange and completion
* Providing clear, commercially focused advice to a range of clients
