JOB TITLE: Senior Consultant Inventory Optimisation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

8. Support the Ops lead with weekly workload assignments of the team
9. Sales, Proposals and Tender Development
10. Support the Business Development Team in the identification and pursuit of sales and marketing opportunities
11. Support the Business Development Team in the preparation, and review of proposals/tenders in the area of expertise
12. Project Management
13. Comply with BMS processes for the project lifecycle i.e. from set up, through to execution and close out of work packages
14. Manage the project team, including contractors and vendors, to deliver technical projects in line with contract scope of work and budget
15. Assume responsibility for the financial and technical performance of the project
16. Provide periodic revenue forecasts and resource requirements

24. Cataloguing and master Data
25. Equipment & Maintenance BoM
26. Inventory stocking recommendations
27. Spares Preservation and Maintenance
28. Familiarity with Risk Cost Analysis
29. Familiarity with relevant standards: ISO 55000 & ISO 8000
30. Familiarity with maintenance & reliability inc. OREDA & CAMA
31. Sound understanding and familiarity with the following maintenance and reliability data / processes.
32. MEL structure, core attributes and hierarchy
33. Equipment Criticality
34. Maintenance strategy methods inc. RCM, FMEA
35. Equipment Reliability analysis, inc. RCA
36. MAH, SCE identification and management, PS development

40. Be part of a team or manage small teams delivering technical projects in line with contract Scope of Work and budget
41. Act as technical lead of individual project CTRs in area of own expertise.With responsibility for delivery, quality and resource.Providing progress and risk reporting to the Project Manager
42. Identify new work/project extension opportunities when supporting project delivery
43. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of techniques, best practices and statutory requirements appropriate to the business, through appropriate means, i.e. review of periodicals, attendance at conferences/user groups, etc.,
44. Work closely with clients to understand their issues and offer innovative cost-effective solutions
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Expected
45. 10 + years’ experience in inventory optimisation in maintenance / MRO distribution / Inventory Data organisation
46. Have or working towards, corporate membership of a relevant Professional Institution
47. Experienced Project Manager
Preferred
48. Engineering Degree qualified preferred or HND in engineering discipline/experience as a discipline engineer
49. Highly computer literate with strong capability in the MS Office suite of programs, and excel / access / PowerBI in particular
50. Good interpersonal skills, able to establish and manage relationships with colleagues and clients
51. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
52. Ability to listen, engage, empathise and be decisive, offering solutions to client issues.
53. Represent Petrofac in a professional manner
54. Experience in managing professional staff and working in a team environment
