Trainee Early Years Educator
Dorchester, Dorset
From £10.85ph to £13.50ph (dependent on age, experience and current qualification)
Monday to Friday / Opening Hours 7am to 6pm (shift patterns will vary)

We are looking for individuals who already have significant experience in the workplace but have a passion for Early Years childcare and are interested in pursuing a career in the sector.
We are working with a large nursery based in a beautiful setting with large indoor and outdoor spaces and is easily accessible on road, public transport, and by foot, as it is located a short walk from both Dorchester South and Dorchester West train stations and offers ample parking.
They are excited to offer an opportunity to join their team in an 'unqualified' position with a view to completing a Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification alongside your role. Please note that this would need to be completed in your own time but the nursery will support with all areas that they can.
The nursery is Ofsted rated Good and caters for all age ranges, from birth through to 5-years-old, even offering Breakfast and After School provision for Primary School age children, so whether you're an experienced childcare practitioner looking for a change of scenery and a new challenge, or you're looking to gain a Nursery Childcare qualification - this could be the perfect next step!

You will need:
* Experience working in a Early Years/Nursery or other Childcare environment is ideal but not essential
* To be fully committed to completing a Level 3 Childcare qualification
* To be able to work a flexible rota between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
* A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
