Creative Designer | PMS International
PMS International is seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus primarily on developing brand and licensing concepts for our partners, while also contributing to packaging design & art working and proposal presentations across a variety of product categories. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for producing innovative and visually compelling design solutions that effectively communicate our ideas and enhance our brand image. You will work closely with the Marketing Department and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver creative outputs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop original and engaging exceptional quality design concepts for Brand and Licensed products and projects.
* Create high-quality visuals for packaging, proposals, and marketing materials across print and digital platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project objectives into creative solutions.
* Maintain design consistency with brand standards across all materials.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience of 5 years or more in a similar graphic or creative design role, preferably in a commercial or product-focused environment.
* Experience working with well-known Licenced Brands
* Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.
* Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Able to commute to Basildon, Essex and work onsite 5 days a week.
