* Monitoring attainment and implementing strategies to raise achievement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Fine Art or a related discipline
* Experience teaching Art at secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
* A track record of securing strong pupil outcomes
* High expectations for behaviour, creativity, and achievement
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
