As a Software Development Team Leader, you will help to coordinate and drive team efforts to deliver software solutions.

As a Team Leader, you will collaborate with some of the industry's top developers, gaining invaluable exposure to cutting-edge technologies and having the opportunity to shape the technical direction of our team.
Working with an open-source product, you will contribute to a project used and appreciated by a global community. You will be at the forefront of technology, tackling exciting and complex challenges that push the boundaries of software development and system design.

Qualifications
* Extensive commercial development experience.
* Proven track record in leading teams to deliver high quality solutions.
* Ability to develop low latency, highly available and scalable solutions.
* Experience of distributed systems.
* Experience of server-side development including services, systems, messaging and middleware.
* Good database application programming.
* Experience working on Linux and GNU utilities.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of activity, shifting focus regularly.
* Proactive and willing to contribute ideas.
* High standards of work with excellent attention to detail.
