What You'll Be Doing:
* Partnering with the Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing retail team
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects our passion for the outdoors
* Supporting all aspects of store operations, including stock control, compliance, and audits
* Leading visual merchandising and driving seasonal promotional activity
* Taking responsibility for store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager
Who We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a retail leadership role (outdoor, fashion, or footwear experience is a plus)
* Strong coaching and communication skills with a people-first leadership style
* Solid operational knowledge and attention to detail
* A genuine enthusiasm for the outdoors and an active lifestyle
