The Role We are looking for Teaching Assistants who have positive behaviour management skills, able to work on an ad-hoc basis covering absence, SEN support and Intervention support. Most positions are Full-Time TA positions, but we also have work on a Supply basis. Have positive behaviour management techniques. Communicate clearly with staff members. Work closely with the Class Teacher to understand who to provide additional support to. Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents. Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements. Follow school safeguarding policies.
