Overview
Assisting the Housing and Support team to deliver high-quality housing and support to our residents – this role will often be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, responding to a range of queries, providing information and holistic advice. The post holder will deliver a consistent high-quality customer service and an excellent service experience for residents and their support network. The role is varied and includes reception duties such as telephone switchboard, sorting post, logging repairs and processing payments, and contributing to building safety.
The job holder will be a designated first aider and fire marshal and responsible for evacuating the building during emergencies. They will also carry out regular patrols, including wellbeing and facilities checks of key areas during their shift. Depending on the site, they may welcome new residents, address complaints and reports of antisocial behaviour, or provide a listening ear to residents and members of the public, reporting concerns or issues as appropriate.
Responsibilities

* Manage reception duties including telephone switchboard, post handling, logging repairs, and processing payments.
* Contribute to building safety by acting as first aider and fire marshal and evacuating during emergencies.
* Carry out regular patrols and wellbeing and facilities checks of key areas.
* Welcome new residents when required and handle complaints or reports of antisocial behaviour, reporting concerns as appropriate.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service or reception roles is preferred.
