The role is responsible for performing clerical functions related to Distribution orders shipped from the Craigavon or Dundalk facilities. Key responsibilities include preparing and independently verifying all relevant shipping documentation necessary for the effective management of materials during the despatch and distribution process.
Additional duties involve conducting post-despatch follow-up actions, such as tracking and tracing shipments. The position also entails a degree of manual handling.
The post holder will ensure that all tasks are completed promptly and accurately, adhering at all times to GMP requirements.
Various shifts available: days (08:00–16:00), evenings (16:00–00:00) & nights (00:00–08:00). Please select your preferred shift when completing the application form.
