Daily Rate: £100–£110 (PAYE – no umbrella fees)
Contract: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only

Role Overview – Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate TA, you will be working directly with pupils in the classroom, helping them reach their learning potential through:
* Delivering 1:1 and small group support sessions
* Encouraging pupil engagement and helping to manage routines and transitions
* Assisting with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and topic-based learning
* Supporting children with additional needs (SEN, EAL or behavioural)
* Collaborating with teachers to prepare resources and track progress

We’re looking for graduates who are:
* Educated to degree level (2:1 or higher is ideal)
* Enthusiastic about working with children and considering a long-term role in education
* Confident, reliable and proactive in supporting learning
* Familiar with UK primary school settings (or open to learning quickly)
* Experience with children – tutoring, coaching, mentoring or volunteering – is a big plus
