We need experience managing Windows Server environments and endpoint management solutions to keep devices secure, stable, and up to date. We need someone who can work independently and as part of a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and ideally hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Responsibilities: We will expect you to assist with procuring IT and communications software, hardware, peripherals, and support services to meet our needs. We will rely on you to work with external contractors to provide software and hardware support and resolve incidents for staff across our trust. You will deliver basic staff training on office equipment and software, and provide IT and communications induction for new starters. You will help protect our digital systems against cyber threats and promote secure remote access and staff cyber awareness. You will maintain secure daily backups of data and recover information requested by staff and volunteers. You will apply patches, check system logs, and maintain or upgrade network components to support preventive maintenance. You will support digital transformation projects, including webcams for immersive community engagement and tap-to-donate systems at remote sites. You will carry out additional ad hoc tasks for the Head of Facilities and Digital, including membership support and external fundraising activities.
