Scrum Product Owner - 36019466 - £33.88/hr umbrella rate
Do you have proven experience as a Product Owner, working within Agile/Scrum frameworks? Do you have strong knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies and tools? What You Will Do
* Define the Product Vision and Backlog for your squad to drive the delivery of key propulsion features across multiple vehicle programmes.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their priorities are reflected in the release while meeting deadlines efficiently.
* Act as the primary contact for the Scrum Delivery Team, providing clear prioritisation and decision-making support.
* Communicate product goals and maintain a prioritised backlog to maximise the squad's output and value.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies across co-located and virtual teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
* Support the squad in resolving technical challenges and provide regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
* Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies and tools.
* A track record of delivering engineering or analytical projects with measurable success.
* Problem-solving skills with a structured approach to overcoming complex technical challenges.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
