Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and culinary experience, along with demonstrated leadership skills. Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery
* Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards
* Implement and maintain food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations
* Manage inventory and supplies, coordinating with suppliers as necessary
* Provide training and development for staff, enhancing their skills in hospitality and service
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the establishment
Qualifications
* Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent leadership abilities, capable of managing a diverse team effectively
* Previous experience in kitchen management or barista roles is advantageous
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
