In this front-of-house position, you'll greet visitors, manage incoming calls, handle correspondence, and provide essential administrative support. Your role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere, and delivering exceptional service. To thrive in this role, prior experience as a receptionist/administrator is essential. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines are key. Proficiency with IT systems and the Microsoft Office suite will be an advantage.
