QHSE Manager
Location: Kidderminster
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours of work: Monday - Friday onsite (37.5 hours)
We are working with a well-established and growing organisation that is part of a larger group, now looking to recruit an experienced QSHE Manager / HSE Manager to take ownership of compliance and management systems across the business.
This is a key role focused on ISO 9001 management and integration of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, ensuring systems align with group standards while driving continuous improvement and best practice. The position is primarily office-based within a professional environment, with occasional site visits to support audits, investigations and toolbox talks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on QSHE professional to lead from the front, influence across the business and play a pivotal role in developing a strong quality and safety culture.
Responsibilities
* Managing, maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
* Leading the integration of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)
* Coordinating compliance activities in line with group standards and regulatory requirements
* Conducting internal audits, investigations and root cause analysis
* Delivering toolbox talks and supporting HSE initiatives across office and site teams
* Maintaining quality documentation, RAMS, procedures and records
* Driving continuous improvement, risk reduction and compliance culture
Qualifications
* Experience in QSHE / HSE / Compliance Manager level roles
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 (essential) and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
* Internal auditing and QMS management (Lead Auditor advantageous)
* Construction, engineering, or service‑based environments
* Implementing or integrating management systems across multi‑site or group structures
* Influencing stakeholders and working cross‑functionally
* IOSH essential
* NEBOSH desirable
* ISO Auditor certification advantageous
