At MKJ Ignite, we partner with the most exciting challenger brands in FMCG to find the people who make things happen. Right now, we’re working with a fast-scaling brand that’s looking for an Operations Executive to keep their fulfilment engine running at full speed.
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of customer fulfilment, making sure every order, whether it’s heading to a major retail partner or a direct-to-consumer customer, is processed flawlessly, dispatched on time, and tracked through to delivery. You’ll work with warehouse partners, courier companies, and the Ops & Projects Manager to keep things moving, solve problems before they escalate, and make sure the data is spot-on.
What you’ll be doing:
? Process retail and online orders in Unleashed and other systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
? Prepare all required documentation (packing lists, delivery notes, export invoices)
? Book shipments, arrange courier collections, and track deliveries proactively
? Liaise daily with warehouse partners to confirm dispatch and resolve issues
? Maintain accurate order, product, and customer data in all systems
? Support OTIF and fulfilment performance reporting
? Coordinate orders for new product launches to ensure flawless execution
? Suggest and implement process improvements to make fulfilment smoother and faster
We’re looking for someone who:
? Has experience in order processing, fulfilment, or customer operations (FMCG or e-commerce a plus)
? Is detail-obsessed, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
? Is confident using inventory/order management systems like Unleashed (or similar)
? Communicates clearly and solves problems before they become bottlenecks
Can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
