Head of Demand Generation at Beauhurst
At Beauhurst, we’re on a mission to help organisations discover and work better with ambitious, high-growth companies. We’re hiring a Head of Demand Generation to own the full-funnel engine that creates and accelerates pipeline. You’ll reach our 10k target accounts, lead high‑performance digital programmes, build ABM at scale, and spark growth in new regions starting with Germany.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Owning the end‑to‑end demand generation strategy to deliver a consistent flow of high‑quality inbound opportunities
* Enabling SDRs and Sales with content, tools, and communications to drive quality outbound
* Defining lead, MQL, and SQL targets aligned to SDR capacity and revenue goals
* Building and continuously optimising multi‑channel programmes across PPC, paid social, SEO, retargeting, display, content syndication, partnerships, and ABM
* Owning Beauhurst’s discoverability in LLM‑driven environments and semantic search
* Collaborating with RevOps to get attribution, tracking, and funnel measurement right
* Designing segmented email and nurture ecosystems by industry, persona, and lifecycle stage
* Leading ABM motions across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many with tight SDR partnership
* Creating integrated campaigns that blend content, events, and paid activity, plus co‑marketing partnerships
* Leading and coaching a growing team, and aligning with Product on messaging and content
We’re looking for someone with
* Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or performance marketing
* Proven pipeline impact in account‑based or enterprise go‑to‑market models
* Deep expertise across PPC, SEO, paid social, retargeting, and syndication
* Experience building SEO strategies for generative AI and LLM visibility, or the drive to pioneer it
* Strong command of marketing automation, data, and ROI analysis
* Experience managing agencies, publishers, and media budgets
Nice to have
* Hands‑on use of LLM‑driven or AI‑enabled targeting and personalisation tools
* Background in data, analytics, or intelligence‑led SaaS
* Familiarity with HubSpot
