Salary: approx. £55k depending on experience

Why This Role
We’re scaling fast and our next chapter demands sharper structure, efficiency, and leadership behind the scenes. As Head of Commercial Operations, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of TSK, setting up, rolling out, and optimising the systems, teams, and processes that keep our business running beautifully. You’ll transform the way we work day-to-day creating a clear, efficient, and scalable operation that supports growth, continuous improvement and delivers excellence at every step.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and unify our warehouse, logistics, cleaning and facilities management teams to ensure every order runs seamlessly from packing to return.
* Build smarter systems: implement platforms and processes that give visibility across the entire end to end service delivery and operations.
* Manage commercial operations including Finance reporting and admin, HR processes, Governance, and Facilities.
* Partner with the CEO to develop budgets, performance targets, and operational roadmaps.
* Introduce and oversee agile project management to ensure priorities are clear and executed
* Champion data-driven decision-making through performance dashboards and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced operational leader (Head of Ops / Commercial Ops / Project Director level).
* Proven success creating structure in fast-moving, creative or logistics-driven environments.
* Skilled in system implementation, project and programme management, process improvement, and cross-team leadership.
* Financially literate with a data-driven mindset.
* Confident communicator who inspires trust and accountability.
* Hands-on, solutions-focused, and ready to build from the ground up.
