As Captain, You Will
* Operate the ATR 72-600 in full compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority regulations and company SOPs
* Lead the flight crew with authority, professionalism, and clear decision-making
* Maintain the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and customer service
* Deliver thorough pre-flight planning, operational briefings, and post-flight reporting
* Make safe and timely decisions, including in abnormal and emergency situations
* Ensure adherence to flight time limitations and fatigue risk management policies
* Communicate effectively with ATC, operations control, and ground handling partners
What You Need To Have
* Minimum 2,000 total flight hours
* At least 1,000 hours on multi-crew commercial transport aircraft (>5,700 kg)
* Minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (recent experience preferred)
* Valid CAA licence with current Class 1 medical
* Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
* Fluent English language proficiency (ICAO Level 4 or above)
* Strong leadership, situational awareness, and decision-making skills
