The Role
* Lead and develop the organisation’s CHECK testing function across infrastructure and application security
* Own and evolve the strategic direction of the CHECK practice
* Mentor, guide, and grow a team of talented CHECK testers and consultants
* Act as a senior technical authority on engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery
* Drive capability development, tooling, methodologies, and service maturity
* Work closely with leadership to influence business direction and service expansion
* Represent the consultancy as a trusted expert to clients, partners, and industry bodies
* This is a leadership role with both strategic and hands‑on elements, offering autonomy and the chance to build something exceptional.
