Job Title: HR Generalist - Hospitality Sector Experience Required
Location: Brighton
Salary: £15.38 - £17.94 (Dependant on experience)
Contract Type: Part Time 3 days per week (Wednesday as a must)
Duration: Immediate until the end of December

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join the team and support a new venture at a brand-new site in Brighton.
The Role:
As our HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR practices are aligned with business goals and hospitality industry standards. You'll work closely with operational leaders to provide expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across hospitality sites.
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
* Advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Support performance management and development initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and industry-specific regulations.
* Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting and analytics.
* Assist with policy development and implementation tailored to hospitality operations.
About You:
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the hospitality sector.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
* Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
