We’re In Digital – one of the UK’s Best Workplaces – and we’re looking for a CRO Manager to lead optimisation strategies for top brands.
You’ll work with clients like the Financial Times, The Independent, and Experian, managing experimentation roadmaps, leading a CRO team, and shaping digital experiences.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading testing strategies and CRO roadmaps for multiple clients
* Designing, running, and evaluating tests using tools like Optimizely, VWO, Piano, or Zephr
* Analyzing data with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics
* Collaborating with developers, UX designers, and strategists
* Developing the CRO team and shaping In Digital’s offerings
* Building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Qualifications:
* 3+ years in CRO or UX optimisation, preferably agency-side
* Experience with testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc.) and data tools (GA4 is essential)
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of experimentation principles
* Excellent communication skills
* Bonus: knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (support available from front-end developers)
