Your new role
As a Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio across audit and accounts, overseeing assignments from planning right through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, guide and support junior team members, and help drive ongoing improvements within the responsibilities include:
1. Leading and managing audit engagements across a diverse client base
2. Reviewing financial statements and tax computations
3. Supervising, coaching, and developing junior staff
4. Building strong, trusted client relationships
5. Ensuring compliance with professional standards and internal processes
6. Contributing to operational improvements and strategic initiatives
7. Supporting business development and onboarding new clients
What you'll need to succeed
8. ACA/ACCA qualified
9. At least 5 years' experience across audit and accounts
10. Proven experience managing teams and client portfolios
11. Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
12. Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills
