Agile Delivery Manager
Newcastle – Hybrid
£45,000–£55,000 + bonus
We’re working with a growing technology-led organisation looking to bring in a Agile Delivery Manager to support multiple agile teams across complex digital initiatives.
This role is heavily delivery-focused and best suited to someone who thrives in structured agile environments and enjoys keeping teams aligned, focused, and delivering agile software projects across the public and private sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning end-to-end delivery across one or more agile teams
* Facilitating agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
* Driving effective sprint execution and forecasting
* Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, BA)
* Managing dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
* Ensuring agile best practice is followed and continuously improved
* Acting as the key point of contact between delivery teams and stakeholders
* Supporting teams through change and scaling agile ways of working
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban / hybrid)
* Proven experience running ceremonies and keeping teams aligned
* Excellent team coordination and stakeholder management skills
* Confident communicator who can challenge constructively
* Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) is desirable but not essential
* Expereince with Government Digital Services is highly desirable
