Connect is one of the single most important projects the NFU is delivering. As part of Pathfinder, it underpins how we engage with our members, how we manage our data, and how we operate as one joined-up organisation. Getting Connect right is critical to our future success and sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Job Title: Connect Implementation Adviser – Internal Secondment

Location: Hybrid (travel to other NFU sites as required)

Reports to: Connect Implementation Lead

Contract: Full-time, Internal Secondment

Purpose of the role and how you will contribute

We are seeking a Connect Implementation Adviser to support the ongoing delivery of Project Connect. This is a full-time secondment opportunity for 6 months, ideal for someone who is process-driven, collaborative and keen to help embed consistent ways of working across the organisation.

Supporting the Connect Implementation Lead, you will take responsibility for the process and operational elements of Connect delivery from running workshops and collating requirements to supporting engagement and training activities. Your work will be crucial in stabilising and standardising key processes to improve users experience with Connect.

Key responsibilities

* Running workshops with teams to map processes, identify gaps, and spot opportunities to improve.
* Collaborating with Information Services colleagues to help design and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
* Collating and triaging feedback from across the business.
* Producing practical and consistent step-by-step guides, and FAQs that capture agreed ways of working, helping colleagues feel confident using Connect.
* Spotting learning needs, which can then be delivered as training by IS colleagues.

What you'll bring

* You will have a strong process and operational focus, with excellent attention to detail.
* You will be confident in running workshops, capturing requirements, and producing clear process documentation.
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and functions, building positive relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills to balance multiple priorities.
* Proactive and solutions-focused, able to help identify improvements and escalate issues appropriately.
* A clear and effective communicator, tailoring messages for different audiences.
* Knowledge of working in the regions (desirable but not essential).
* Flexibility - to travel to NFU sites when required.

Interested?

* You will be part of the heart of a major organisational transformation project.
* You'll gain hands-on experience with process improvement, change management, and CRM implementation.
* Build opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the NFU and Information Services.
* Help shape how Connect is used day-to-day, leaving a lasting impact on efficiency and consistency.
