Recruitment Consultant – FinTech | High-Value Search | Watford (Office-Based)
This is not a volume recruitment role.
This is high-end delivery in one of the most lucrative markets in recruitment.
We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist search firm operating at the top end of the FinTech / high-technology market, focused exclusively on the US.
Average fee size: £100,000
Top performers billing $2m+ annually
Serious commission. Serious careers. Serious upside.
The Opportunity
You’ll be working alongside elite consultants delivering searches into cutting-edge FinTech and high-technology businesses across the US. This is a role for someone who wants to learn properly, be surrounded by very high performers, and get exposure to deals most recruiters never touch.
This is a career-builder, not a stepping stone.
The Hours (Yes, they’re different – and worth it)
Because this is the US market, the hours reflect that — and they reward commitment:
* Monday & Tuesday: 9am – 9pm
* Wednesday & Thursday: 9am – 6pm
* Friday: 12pm finish
Hard work early in the week, lifestyle at the end.
What They’re Looking For
* Recruitment experience preferred (even 12 months is fine)
* Delivery, resourcing, research, or full-desk backgrounds all considered
* Someone hungry, switched on, and genuinely motivated by money and progression
* Comfortable being office-based 5 days a week in Watford
* High standards, strong work ethic, and the desire to be surrounded by top billers
