Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling social media content across a range of channels, reporting on performance metrics, contributing to content creation, and supporting strategic planning.
This is a unique opportunity to split your time between two exciting areas of focus. For 2.5 days per week, you will work on our internal company social media channels and those of our clients. For the remaining 2.5 days per week, you will manage and develop content for Rascal Clothing’s social media platforms. This dual focus offers the chance to work across varied brands and audiences while honing your creative and strategic skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with each brand’s goals.
Key Requirements:
* Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms for both internal and external clients, including Rascal Clothing.
* Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
* Assist with writing engaging and on-brand copy for social media content.
* Support the planning and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align content with broader marketing objectives.
* Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Maintain organised content calendars and ensure deadlines are met across all accounts.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask across projects.
* Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
* Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
* A good understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
* Experience working with multiple brands or clients is a plus.
