One Team. culture, the HR & Talent Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a consistent, efficient and people‑focused service across the employee lifecycle. The HR & Talent Coordinator ensures all HR processes and documentation are delivered professionally, compliantly and in line with internal policy and sector requirements. Working closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, the role supports workforce planning by coordinating recruitment activity where required, maintaining accurate people data, and ensuring smooth onboarding and lifecycle processes.
