As a Digital Product Designer
You will design products for business banking, focusing on the end-to-end onboarding journey and future developments. Responsibilities include writing user stories, creating business cases, approving builds, and reviewing code. You will collaborate with Lead Engineers and Solution Architects to develop solutions. Managing complex stakeholder relationships, understanding architecture, governance, and RAID are essential skills for success.

Purpose of the role
Manage and develop existing and new products/services, owning customer and colleague journeys where applicable. Develop product strategy, drive change through Barclays' teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle, and own outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the bank. Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulations, risk management, and controls.
Accountabilities
* Develop customer-centric strategies and solutions tailored to needs
* Act as Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team, guiding stakeholders on products and journeys
* Develop product propositions and service strategies, defining priorities and leading execution
* Understand financial drivers to develop commercial and business models
* Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risks for new products
* Monitor market trends and feedback to refine products before launch
* Manage launch plans and technical deployments, including marketing and training
* Monitor key metrics like adoption, usage, satisfaction, and revenue to assess performance
